What should this nonprofit role pay?
Nonprofit pay from the filings themselves, grouped by role and by organization size, so a director at a $1M organization is compared to peers.

How this is built
Per-person Part VII rows, filtered to total compensation above zero, deduplicated on person and amount so an executive reported by both a parent and a related organization counts once, mapped to a title family by regular expression, then grouped by title family and organization revenue band.
What it does not cover. Not adjusted for hours worked; many board roles report 1 to 5 hours per week. Not a recommended salary. Reported on a tax form one to two years in arrears.
Small cells. Cells with fewer than 10 filers are suppressed. Part VII is public per-person data, so this is a product choice rather than a legal requirement: a market benchmark is defensible to publish, a directory of named salaries is not.
